Deposit/Consultation:
All custom projects begin with a nonrefundable deposit/consultation fee via the Archived 29 website. This consultation secures your appointment and will involve taking measurements, discussing your vision in more detail, reviewing fabric options, and finalizing the design sketch. You’ll also receive a contract outlining the customs process. Instructions on how to schedule and pay for your consultation will be provided via email along with your price estimate.
Pricing Estimates:
Please note that the pricing provided in this form is an estimate. The final price will be confirmed when you sign the contract. Pricing is based on shipping, materials, labor, and time involved.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
As all garments are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason. However, we are committed to making this a great experience for you, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns during the process.
Alterations Note:
Alterations to damaged clothing to adjust the fit are welcome. However, reworking a garment into a new custom design is considered a separate service and will be priced accordingly.
